| WONDERDOG proudly stands behind its' product and is confident you will be satisfied with your choices. We want you and your dog to love our product completely.
If something isn't right with an unused product, let us know within seven days of receipt of goods. Returns and Exchanges can not be accepted without prior approval or beyond this timeframe. Please email us at info@wonderdognyc.com for an RMA #. Be sure to tell us what went wrong and include any proper sizing or colorways required. Any returned/exchanged items without a valid RMA # may be refused and returned to sender. Items must be in brand new condition and have never been used to be eligible for return or exchange. All returns incur a re-stocking fee of 15%. It is up to the discretion of WONDERDOG to evaluate returned/exchanged items. Items that appear to be used will be donated to NYC Animal Care & Control on your behalf and will not be credited back to you for return/exchange. Any additional costs involved in a return or exhange, including but not limited to shipping, is the responsibility of the customer. Special Orders are considered Final Sale and may not be returned or exchanged. |
