Q. Where are WONDERDOG Products made? A. Unlike many of our competitors, all WONDERDOG products are hand-made in our own facility in the United States. Q. Are WONDERDOG Collars & Leads durable? A. Absolutely! Our graphic ribbons are double stitched onto highly durable nylon webbing. Our hardware is the toughest available. All WONDERDOG product have undergone rigorous testing before receiving Pugsley's Stamp of Approval. Q. What is the advantage of a Harness? A. Created specifically for the little guys, our traditional harnesses not only give smaller dogs a sense of securtiy when they walk, but also provide a sensible alternative to the typical collar that pulls and tugs at your dog's neck. For maximum comfort, our Harnesses are ajustable in three separate areas - Upper Chest, Underside and Girth. Most vetrinarian's recommend a WONDERDOG Harnesse over a Collar any day. Q. I like your Nickle Buckles but they seem like they might be too heavy for my dog. A. Our Nickle Buckles are definitely a fashion statement and we are happy to confirm that they are not too heavy for your pooch. In fact, thanks to the basic laws of gravity, if your dog's collar is well fitted, the weight of the buckle will be evenly distributed. Your dog will not notice any difference between our Sport Buckle or Nickel Buckle. Q. What is the typical life-span of your product? A. Due to the nature of each individual dog, we unfortunately can not guarantee the life-span of a particular product. A collar on a more active dog will wear more quickly than a dog that tends to be less active. Q. How do I know what size Collar or Harness to purchase? A. Easy - just refer to our Sizing Chart in our Help Section. Q. Can I order a longer Lead? A. Absolutely! As WONDERDOG produces everything in-house, we can easily accomodate your request. Simply email us your special request and we will get back to you as soon as humanly possible. There will be a slight difference in pricing and your order will have to be processed manually. Q. Can I order a Collar with a Sport Buckle versus a Nickel Buckle? A. No Worries! We are happy to switch out any buckles as requested. Just email us your special request as there will be a slight price difference and your order will have to be processed manually. Q. Are you located in New York City? A. WONDERDOG was originally based in Manhattan's Financial District. As the company grew, Pugsley requested a little more space and preferably near the Ocean. WONDERDOG then moved to Hadlyme Connecticut. Two years later as more opportunities presented themselves, WONDERDOG has moved once again - to San Antonio, Texas. |
